Conditions for BUYER Registration

The participants are requested to complete the on-line application form via the TTM+2018 official website only. Please provide present and future business example details supporting information for your application. Your application is very important, as it helps us identify your needs at the TTM+2018. The more details you provide at registration the quicker we will be able to process your application. Please note that the period of registration is on 1 March – 10 April 2018.

Please note that all Hosted Buyers’ applications will be approved by the TTM+2018 Selection Committee. The TTM+ 2018 Selection Committee’s decision shall be final. This is to ensure that only qualified Buyers with bona fide contracting responsibilities for Thailand and the GMS are registered for the TTM+ 2018. On qualification, you will receive an e-mail to notify if you have been successfully accepted onto the program within 2 weeks. And also be able to check back with the Buyer Secretariat team at:

CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION AND REFUND

- No refund for any cancellation.

- A processing fee of USD 30 / THB 1,000 THB will be applicable for delegate change made after 17 April 2018.

- There will be a charge of USD 30 / THB 1,000 for any lost badge or substitution


Payment

- All fees are paid in US Dollars or Thai Baht within 2 weeks after your status has been approved.
- VAT 7% (Value Added Tax) including in registration fee
- Administrative fee is USD 20 / THB 700 will be add up in every transaction
- For an evidence record and a confirmation, once payment has been done please send your pay-in slip, details of the company, a contact person and a billing address to buyer@thailandtravelmartplus.com


Venue

Thailand Travel Mart Plus 2018 (TTM+ 2018) will be held during 13 – 15 June 2018 at the Ocean Marina Yacht Club, Pattaya.


Entitlement

  1. Only duly registered Buyers are allowed to participate in the Travel Mart.
  2. Admission to the Travel Mart area will be strictly on the basis of name badges. All Buyers are required to wear their badges at all times in the Travel Mart area.

Acceptance of registration

This application, when submitted, shall serve as an agreement between the applicant’s organization and the organizing committee that the above terms and conditions have been read and understood by the applicant. The organizing committee reserves the right to reject any incomplete application submitted.
