TTM+ 2025 AIR TICKET

HOSTED BUYERS & HOSTED MEDIA

In order to arrange your flight, please contact the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) overseas offices in your country or responsible for your country to confirm your status as a hosted buyer or hosted media, as well as to discuss ticket arrangements and reimbursement. In case you have to arrange your own flight, you must obtain approval for the flight details including route, airfare, and travel date, from the TAT overseas office that is responsible for your country before issuing the ticket.

Conditions for Air Ticket Reimbursement

1. TAT will cover for the international airfare from/to Bangkok or Chiangmai, based on the best agent net pricing for economy class.
2. Country without direct flight : TAT will cover for the international airfare to/from Bangkok, and the domestic airfare route Bangkok – Chiangmai- Bangkok ONLY.
   
   
   * Please note : the complimentary airport transfer is ONLY from Chiangmai International Airport to Official Hotel for Hosted Buyer and Hosted Media. In case Hosted Buyer and Hosted Media travel to Chiangmai International Airport, they MUST be responsible for their own transportation expenses to the Official Hotel and TTM+2025 event by themselves.
   
   
3. Travel dates must be;
   • Between May 19 and June 23,2025
   • Arrive at Chiangmai International Airport before 11:00 hrs. on June 4,2025
   • Depart from Chiangmai International Airport after 19.00 hrs. on June 6,2025

Required Documents for Ticket Reimbursement :

1. A copy of the airline ticket or e-ticket showing the passenger’s itinerary to Thailand; qualified ticket must have a travel period that aligns with the conditions of the reimbursement.
2. A copy of the passport with the passenger’s signature as shown on the passport.
3. The original airline or travel agency receipt. In the case that the travel agency issue their own receipt, such documents must include the airfare amount.
4. (Only for hosted buyers) A copy of the 28-slot completed appointments (80% completed)
5. (Only for hosted buyers) A copy of the TTM+2025 online evaluation system’s confirmation e-mail. (Once you have scheduled 28 appointments, the evaluation will appear on the TTM+ application.)

Remark: Your Ticket Reimbursement will be done by TAT overseas office.
