Thailand Travel Mart Plus 2025

4-6 June 2025, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

CONDITIONS FOR SELLER REGISTRATION

(PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMPLETING THE REGISTRATION FORM)

The Thailand Travel Mart Plus (TTM+) 2025 will be held from 4 - 6 June 2025 at the Royal Park Rajapruek in Chiang Mai. Participation is limited to 450 business appointment tables.

Selection Criteria for Thai Sellers
Open exclusively to the first 450 registered tourism-related businesses in Thailand that have completed the online application form, submitted all required documents, and completed payment within the specified timeframe.

Application Submission
The online application will open on 4 February 2025 at 10 AM and will remain open until all spaces are fully booked. Sellers must complete the online application form at www.thailandtravelmartplus.com and upload the following valid documents:

  1. Business License (DBD): Issued within 6 months prior to the registration date.
  2. Hotel License or Hospital/Clinic License: If applicable
  3. Tour Operator License: If applicable and must be valid or renewed if expired
  4. VAT Registration Form (PP20)
  5. Business Logo: For online directory inclusion (JPEG format, max size: 500 KB, 562 x 245 pixels)
  6. Product/Service Images: Up to 3 JPEG files (max size: 2 MB each)
  7. Delegate Profile Image: JPEG format, max size: 2 MB, portrait orientation, dimensions: 600 x 800 pixels. This image will be used during the event for entry and exit from the hall and for security and verification purposes.
  8. Proof of Sustainable Practices: Supporting documents or certifications demonstrating your business's commitment to sustainability (optional)
  9. Brochures or Product Catalogs: PDF format (max size: 10 MB) (optional)

Important Notes
  • Each business appointment table permits a maximum of 2 delegates.
  • Sharing a business appointment table between two or more organizations is NOT permitted.

Notification Process During Application
After submitting your application, you will receive the following emails:

  1. Auto-confirmation Email: Confirms receipt of your application.
  2. Payment Email: Sent after the Secretariat reviews and approves your documents.
    • Please allow up to 7 working days for the Secretariat to review your documents and application and issue the invoice
    • Payment must be completed within 7 working days of receiving the invoice. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe will result in your spot being allocated to the waitlist, and any applicable discount will be forfeited.
  3. Confirmation Email: Provides your username and password for your TTM+ 2025 account.

    Registration Fee Discount Eligibility
    Registration Fee Rates (7% VAT Included)
    • Standard Rate: THB 35,000
    • 20% Discounted Rate: THB 28,000
      • Applies to Early Bird applicants who apply and pay within first 10 working days: 4 - 18 February 2025
      • Holders of a CF Hotels Certificate 2024 or TAT STAR
    • 50% Discounted Rate: THB 17,500 for recipients of the 2023 Thailand Tourism Awards
    • Complimentary: The first 2 Hall of Fame Thailand Tourism Awards 2023 Winners to register by 18 February 2025 will receive a complimentary registration.

    Payment Details
    • Payments must be completed within 7 working days of receiving the invoice. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in your spot being allocated to the waitlist, and any applicable discount will be forfeited.
    • Discounts are calculated based on the full standard rate of THB 35,000.
    • Refunds are NOT available.
